At ADVENT, a lot. ADVENT was the first practice in southeastern Wisconsin to begin using the Mini-CAT scanner, which is a low-dose scanner of the sinuses. The Mini-CAT is an upright scan, which takes 40 seconds, and has about 1/10th to 1/6th the radiation of a traditional scan. A CT scan is the best tool ADVENT uses in diagnosing sinus and anatomical problems.
