Eye Lift

In many cases, an individual’s eyes are the first part of their face to show visible signs of aging.

As time goes by, skin gradually loses elasticity from the constant pull of gravity, causing a number of changes around your eyes, including under-eye hollows, under-eye bags, sad or sleepy eyes and eyelid drooping. While aging is the primary culprit, heredity and gender also play a role.

No matter the cause, an eye lift corrects droopy lids, sagging tissue and tired eyes in a very natural and even manner, taking years off of your appearance.

What should I expect?

An eye lift can be performed on upper or lower eyelids. During this procedure, excess tissue or fat is removed through a small incision in the natural crease of the upper eyelids or inside the lash line of the lower eyelids. Ophthalmic ointment may be provided to assist in recovery, as the eyes are more sensitive to light. Bruising and swelling post procedure is normal and subsides within 1-2 weeks. Results are long lasting.
